ANNUAL WAX MUSEUM

Each year, our HCA 6th graders choose some of their favorite historical figures to research and portray for what has become an extraordinary display. On Thursday, April 6, all of their hard work and creativity came to life at our annual 6th Grade Wax Museum. Great work, everyone!

LEARNING FROM HISTORY

The 8th grade annual trip to the Kennesaw State University Holocaust Museum never fails to give our students perspective and inspire gratitude for the gift of freedom.

Our 5th-8th grade students were honored to host and learn from Mr. Hershel Greenblat, a survivor of the Holocaust and a representative of the Bearing Witness program at the Breman Museum in Atlanta. He was born in the caves of the Ukraine and is able to share his story today because of the resourcefulness and determination of his parents. He expressed his desire for students to understand that evil can be overcome with strength, courage, and the enduring hope and love of God.
