On Veterans Day, our 6th graders created letters and cards for troops, veterans, and first responders. Their English teacher Mrs. Streetman sent the collection to an organization called Operation Gratitude. They send care packages to troops, veterans, and first responders, and include the letters and cards they receive from students. Our 6th graders were very excited when Operation Gratitude sent a letter of thanks. It feels good having HEARTS TO SERVE!
